You can also arrange transport from the airport or a nearby city.

In addition to the festival itself, the Kili Trails race village offers restrooms, showers, and basic security. Bring the whole family and celebrate the outdoors.
Camping Details & Fees
Camping is free with paid entry.
Day Entry
Day Entry: TZS 40,000/=
Youth ages 11–17: TZS 30,000/=
Children 10 & under: FREE
Day entry allows for camping the night before and/or after entry.
Full Festival Pass
Full Festival Pass: USD $39
Youth ages 11–17: USD $26
Children 10 & under: FREE
Full Festival Passes must be purchased online in advance and are priced in USD. They include festival access on all days (Thursday through Sunday) and camping Thursday, Friday & Saturday nights.
Camping Information
Festival entry includes access to the campsite, restrooms and hot water showers, basic security, and all bed levy fees & taxes.
All campsites will be granted on a first arrived, first served basis.
Pets, outside alcohol, and personal open fires are NOT permitted at Kilimanjaro Trails Festival.
Entry does NOT include tent rentals.
Live and/or loud music will end by 10pm on Friday night and 11pm on Saturday night, though music may continue at lower levels until midnight. Please situate your campsite accordingly.
There is limited space available by advance purchase in an upper (and separate) campsite as an option for those who want a quieter location. These spaces will be offered in a first-purchased, first-served basis. We do expect these spaces to sell out early.
Tent Rentals
Tents are available for rent as an add-on during the registration process — until 27th August only.
Rental tents will be ready for you upon arrival, complete with mattresses.
Standard tent w/ 2 mattresses: $35 per night
VIP tent w/ cot bed, mattress, pillow and duvet blanket per person + chair at entrance: $90 (single or double)
Sleeping bag: $8 per night (not needed with VIP tent)

Event Transportation
Kilimanjaro Trails Festival operates private transfers to and from the race village at Simba Farm in West Kilimanjaro.
You will be provided a one-way vehicle and driver with your booking.
