*Note: Tent rentals and discounted advance entry passes are available for purchase as an add-on during the registration process. Select your race of choice, and these add-ons will be available on a screen that follows. If you are not registering for a race, select “non-racer attending” to reach your options for entry and tent rentals.

Mobile Money Payments

Our default and preferred method of payment is credit or bank debit card. If you prefer to pay by mobile money, we can accommodate this with a 10% surcharge. Instructions for mobile money payments.

25% Discount for Groups of 20+

We are offering special rates for groups of 20 or more participants.

Schools, running clubs, and corporate groups are invited to apply a 25% discount to all race registrations and entry fees — when registering and paying as a group before 14th December.

If you wish to register as a group, please appoint a single representative who will collect all required information and money from participants, complete all registration and payment processes online, and solely be responsible for communication with Kili Trails Festival.

Once this individual has been selected, please have him/her contact us for further instructions.

Tanzania / Kenya Citizen Rates

Tanzanian and Kenyan citizens can receive coupon codes for discounts on the following race registrations — when registering on or before 24th January.

  • Kili Trails Half Marathon - $10

  • Forest Trails 10K - $10

  • Enduimet XCM - $35

  • West Kili XCO - $10

  • West Kili Mini-XCO - $10

In order to receive a discount code to apply at checkout, please email a photo / scan of (TZ) NIDA card or (KE) proof of citizenship for each individual in your party, as well as what race he/she is entering.

Refunds & Cancellations Policy

Refunds for cancellations — for race entry and/or add-ons — will be available as follows:

  • 80% refund available through 10 January 2026

  • 50% refund available through 24 January 2026

  • Payments are non-refundable beginning 25 January 2026

  • Transfers are permitted between select events if requested before 30 January 2026.

  • Number transfers to another participant are permitted for a USD $10 change fee (payable by recipient), if requested before 30 January 2026.

  • Kili Trails Festival does not permit participants to defer to a future year.

If the event, or any part of it, is for any reason modified or cancelled, payments will be refundable as per above.
