Tanzania / Kenya Citizen Rates — 20% Discount
Tanzanian and Kenyan citizens are invited to apply a 20% discount to all race registrations and camping fees — when registering by 12th January. In order to receive a discount code to apply at checkout, please email us a photo / scan of (TZ) NIDA card or (KE) proof of citizenship for each individual in your party.
30% Discount for East African Schools, Running Clubs, and Corporate Groups
To encourage large group participation at the festival, we are offering special rates for groups of 20 or more participants. Schools, running clubs, and corporate groups are invited to apply a 30% discount to all race registrations and camping fees — when registering by 22nd December. [The group discount may not be used in conjunction with the TZ / KE citizen discount.]
If you wish to register as a group, we will require you to appoint a single representative who will collect all required information and money from participants, complete the registration and payment processes on their behalf, and solely be responsible for all communication with Kili Trails Festival. Once this individual has been selected, please have him/her contact us for further instructions.
Mobile Money Payments
Our default and preferred method of payment is credit or bank debit card. If you would like to pay by mobile money, however, we can accommodate this with a 10% surcharge. Instructions for mobile money payments.
Refunds & Cancellations Policy
Refunds for cancellations — for race entry and/or add-on packages — will be available as follows:
85% refund available through 22 December, 2023
50% refund available through 14 January, 2024
Payments are non-refundable beginning 15 January, 2024.
Transfers are permitted between select events if requested before 22 January, 2024.
Number transfers to another participant are permitted for a USD $10 change fee (payable by recipient), if requested before 22 January 2024.
Kili Trails Festival does not permit participants to defer to a future year.
If the event, or any part of it, is for any reason modified or cancelled, payments will be refundable as per above.
