VOLUNTEER AT THE FESTIVAL

It is volunteers like you who make Kili Trails Festival successful as both an event and a fundraiser for our community development work!

Thank you for being willing to get involved!

WHAT TO EXPECT

  1. There are numerous roles for which you can volunteer.

  2. All shifts are approximately 4-5 hours long.

  3. We waive camping fees for 1 night + 2 days' festival entry for every shift worked. Most of our volunteers choose to work 2 shifts which provides them access and camping fees from Friday to Sunday of the event. (These volunteers bring their own tents and provide their own transport.)

  4. For those volunteers who work 4 shifts throughout the weekend we are able to also provide space in a shared standard tent with mattress + the option of shared (fixed time) transport from Arusha or Moshi. (Departure times for transport will be posted soon.)

  5. We do encourage our volunteers to sign up for races or activities you will enjoy, and work your volunteer hours around those. If you are working at least 2 shifts, we are happy also to offer you early bird pricing on your race registrations, even if the early bird date has passed.
