
Vendors & Exhibitors
We appreciate vendors and exhibitors who improve the participant experience at Kilimanjaro Trails Festival. We want each of our vendors to do well in regards to their goals for exposure and/or revenue. For this reason we must be selective and do limit the number of vendors we can accept.

If your company would like to be represented at KTF 2026, please submit your application by filling the form below. Submission does not guarantee acceptance; we will be in touch within 2-3 working days. Vendors will be considered on a first application received, first served basis.
Note: your vendor status is NOT reserved until we have received payment in full. Payment is non-refundable.

Personnel
Vendor registration includes 3 days entry for 3 stand personnel at no additional charge (value USD $135).
Additional attendees will be charged USD $30 if paid with vendor invoice (USD $45 on-site).
Setup
Kilimanjaro Trails Festival race village will open for vendor / exhibitor setup at 15:00 on Thursday, 5th February.
Vendors / exhibitors will be able to access their tents / stations by vehicle until 11am on Friday, 6th February.
The festival village will open to the public at 12:00 noon on Friday, 6th February. You can expect guests already present will purchase lunches.
Food vendors will be provided space behind your tent for prep and washing. Be aware this area does face the camping area.

Electricity
Electricity will primarily be by generator and available:
Thursday, 5th February, 15:00 - 23:00
Friday, 6th February, 6:00 - midnight
Saturday, 7th February, 5:00 - midnight
Sunday, 8th February, 5:00 - 16:30
Each gazebo tent will be outfitted with a single outlet (type F / Schulz). You are welcome to bring your own adapters and/or extensions. KiliFair adaptors will be available for a deposit of 20,000/=
Water
Water will be available from a standpipe located behind the food tents, as centrally as is possible.
Food vendors are responsible for your own washing, basins, and detergent, etc.
Food vendors are responsible for providing your own handwashing facilities for your patrons.
